Microcertec is extending its range of products through a partnership with the company Kerdry specialist of optical and metallic thin-film coatings. Kerdry develops and make high-precision, high-performance and customised thin-film coatings for the following industries :

Principle
Kerdry operates solely in clean-room environment to make its thin-film customised coatings from prototype to production quantities.
METALLISING
- Au, Ag, Al, Ti, Ni, Cr, NiCr, Pt, Cu
- Deposition techniques : electron beam & cathode sputtering
- Applications : mirrors, brazing pads, electrical conductors
- Thicknesses ranging from 20 nm to 5 µm depending on the deposited material
OPTICAL COATING
- Ion-assisted electron beam
- Anti-reflective coatings, mirrors, dichroic filters, custom-made filters
- In-situ measurement
PHOTOLITHOGRAPHY
- Standard process : dry & wet photolithography
- Lift-off process : localised deposition
- Precision : within one micrometer
ITO COATING - Indium Tin Oxide
- Transparent and electricaly conductive coating
