EXHIBITIONS IN JUNE

Microcertec will exhibit again this year at SMT and Optatec.
SMT / Hybrid Packaging 2010 is dedicated to microelectronics assembly and is taking place in Nuremberg in Germany from 8 to 10 June 2010. This will be the opportunity for us to introduce you with our range of alumina substrates and AlN heat sinks - bare and metalized – as well as CI3D’s that are interconnected ceramic carriers for sensors and Mems assembly.
The Optatec exhibition is held in Frankfurt in Germany from 15 to 18 June. Microcertec will be hosted on a joint stand organized by the French optics and photonics trade organization – AFOP. Visitors will be able to see our products dedicated to laser applications and optical devices, namely alumina substrates and aluminium nitride heat sinks, reflectors for lasers and IPL systems as well as metalized carriers for brazing assembly.
