Representation / Distribution agreement with Accumet Engineering Corporation

Microcertec has been in a position for a few weeks to offer additional capabilities in terms of ceramic, sapphire and fused silica substrates as a result of signing an agreement with Accumet Engineering Corporation, an American company located in Hudson, Massachusetts. Based upon 40-year experience in the field of precision lapping and polishing, this company is capable of offering substrates with extremely low thickness, or with a high degree of finishing : roughness, dimension and geometry tolerances.
This new partnership should allow Microcertec to get new customers in the microelectronics industry interested, in France as well as in the rest of Europe. It is worth stressing that Microcertec today is the only company that represents Accumet in Europe.
